Advertising Console

Are you able to create new campaigns? Keep getting:

Could not load products at this time. Try again later.

And if I can’t select product to advertise, I can’t create the campaign. Just curious. Nothing urgent.

A banner like this has been appearing, on & off, for the last 3 weeks (link, SAS) now:

AmazonAdsWarningBannerReportInterruption-090126

The Ads Billing Console (link, simplified) was totally inoperative for the entire month of August, whether or not the banner was displayed on any given day; various other Ads Console functionalities have been intermittently unavailable - and, more-frequently, hit-or-miss on pulling data when they are functional - throughout the period.

Amazon coding at its finest.

Our response …

We’re investigating a temporary interruption in our sponsored ads payment. We’re working to fix it. No campaign bills have been lost and … Learn less

Today the banner reads …

Guess they needed to make some changes after the suit was filed.

Hey, its just fractions of a cent!

Unless you put the decimal in the wrong spot!

I saw that, too, on 090326, and its gone as of 2026-09-04T04:00:00Z - but the Ads Billing Dashboard continues to show this for us:

I’ve not yet directed our people to open a case with Amazon Ads/Advertising Support, for three reasons:

  1. The distinct possibility that Amazon’s Seller Central revamp(s) (link, SAS) are doing the same thing that’s troubled EVERY.SINGLE.REVISION of the Seller Central GUIs, for longer than I care to remember, might well be playing a significant role in said lack of access

  2. We ourselves WILL get the DPA Invoices (link, AdvHC [“Advertising Help Content”]) for August and September (our Billing Date for Advertising Invoices has long been the 2nd day of a given month, and that time-of-assessment trigger ain’t changed as of yet, so now we’re in the dark about two of them), even should I have to sic our beagles hot on the trail of Amazon’s OGC (“Office of the General Counsel”)/Legal Department - there’s a reason why I have fairly frequently mentioned the sheer efficacy of getting one’s own Legal Representation recognized by Amazon’s own…

  3. My strong suspicion that our friend @ASV_Vites’ upthread observation (Post # 5) - re: the latest Amazon-WhistleBlower lawsuit (link, @papy’s 083126 SAS Topic-Thread) - could well prove quite dispositive in the long run.

I’ve been blessed with the benefit of spending decades paying forward this or that benefaction.

Treading that path has also taught me how to pay out the rope, and when to draw tight the noose…and w/ Bullet Point #1 & #3 above firmly in mind, I’m a-payin’ the rope out slowly, but surely.

We have seen a couple of glitches within the ad section where we got no data. We had to refresh a couple of times before it would show.

As far as the billing page, we haven’t seen no data but have had the page load slowly (as if Amazon was tinkering behind the scences).
