Advice on migrating Amazon listings to eBay?

I used a file upload to create multiple ebay listings, with a future start date (next day).
For the photos I created a blank .jpg, hosted it on google drive and copied the same url into the spreadsheet for every listing. After upload, I just edited and replaced my blank image with uploads of my photos before the start date.

I’m not quite sure what you want to accomplish. The simplest and quickest way would be to use a spreadsheet program. I used to spend two or more hours a day on that, but now it’s just two hours once a week.

On Friday mornings, I download a spreadsheet report, review it, check my inventory levels, See if I need to make or order anything, and make my list. Since I only track finished inventory in Sellbrite, I rely on my accounting program to tell me about pieces parts and if I need to order more.

I only have 500 pieces in my listed inventory. I’m a handmade seller. I also sell keychains, which don’t make all of.. When I have time, I’ll add an option to customize them. I can pick and choose which inventory goes to which site.

The best thing I found about using an inventory manager is that I don’t oversell by having my inventory synced between all sites.

I use Sellbrite to manage and sync my inventory and photos. I use a different third-party app to buy my postage. Sellbrite tracks my orders, but I’m still fulfilling and shipping them.

Sellbrite allows you to keep different inventory levels and even different prices on different sites. For example, I could set Amazon prices $5 higher than eBay’s or keep 3 fewer units on one site than another.

I can use different pix and descriptions if I want to.
