All transactions are now deferred

This is my first thought too, although I’m hoping that it’s just a performance issue and your account will return to its previous status.

Guys…

Seller Assistant
As an Amazon seller, I understand the importance of timely payments. Based on the information provided, since all your ASINs are enrolled in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), your payment release date is determined by Amazon’s delivery date reserve policy. [1]

Specifically:

Amazon typically reserves your funds until a specific number of days after your shipments are delivered. [1]
The standard reserve period is 7 days after the delivery date (“DD + 7” reserve policy). [1]
For example, if you sell something on January 1, and it is delivered on January 6, then under the DD + 7 policy, your funds will become available for disbursement starting on January 14. [1]
Your reserve period may be extended following an assessment of your overall risk and historical performance. [1] You can view the list of transactions and the corresponding amounts subjected to reserve on the Payments Transaction view in Seller Central. [1]

T_T:

I have $XXX in deferred payments. I can go to transaction view and see the release dates for these payments. On the release date, do the deferred payments, then, go to “Funds Available” or do they go to “Account Level Reserve?”

Seller Assistant:

Based on the information in the references, after the release date, deferred payments from your FBA orders would go to your “Funds Available” balance, not your “Account Level Reserve”. [1]

The key points are:

Deferred transactions are orders that are reserved until the delivery date, plus a standard 7-day reserve period. [1]
Once the reserve period ends, the funds from those deferred transactions are then added to your “Funds Available” balance, which is the portion of your total balance that is set aside for transfer to you. [1]
The “Account Level Reserve” is a separate balance that holds funds to cover potential claims, chargebacks, or other financial obligations. [2]
So in your case, as a brand owner with all FBA listings, the deferred payments from your orders would be released to your “Funds Available” balance after the delivery + 7-day reserve period, not held in your “Account Level Reserve”.

I don’t think this is right?
I think that when your funds as deferred transactions resolve, they are allocated between reserve and available as per the proportions Amazon has set for your account. They would not all become available.
Someone check me on this?

If Amazon reinstated your account as if it were brand new, you would have the strictest account reserve ratio, which is.. not great.
