I manually entered some tracking numbers a while ago. As I confimred, they disappeared from my “to be shipped” list and all looked normal. Saw another poster with issues using Buy Shipping, so I just went back in and all the orders are back and showing unshipped. Uggh.
Time to just shut it down for the day (east coast) and see where everything stands tomorrow.
Glad I did a bunch of stuff overnight because that all looks good.
I do pretty much anything important between the hours of 1AM-3AM EST when there is very little load on the systems and never have an issue.
Looks like sales are coming back online now.

I have an order that has been in Pending for more than two hours.
We had a lot of FBA orders suddenly show up. It happened in the last 60 mins or so since the last time I checked.

I got one that came through during the initial fixing, but nothing (no new orders, no old orders showing up, nothing pending) since around 1:30 Pacific.
My Pending order finally came through. Took it almost four hours.
Late to the thread, but thanks to all you SAS users.
We were very busy with some regional projects and team members taking time off or planning to.
As I shipped all afternoon Eastern Time, all the FBM orders shipped but they stayed in pending on our FBM (We call it FBus) screen like they never even shipped. Late in the day they did show shipped and we were left with the ones that ShipStation said were still open.
And yes we were slow too, looks like people walked away from trying to buy. Thanks @ASV_Vites for being the “canary in the coal mine” we know with your volume, it is more than antidotal evidence that something was wrong.
I’m a big fan of downdetector.com, both for checking issues across sites and apps and for reporting. Always report!
