Lower left is the one I bought. Shipped by / Sold by Amazon….
Obviously not made in the USA but company is based in Jersey
One of the very few space heaters without 50 reviews claiming the device burned their house down. Haha

There’s no doubt that it is quite polluted.
I hail from the armpit of America so I know fellow trash Americans when I experience them.
Yup, I was under no illusion that Dreo was founded by Mark Smith in NJ.
Dreo is the shortened version of Dreoykang&sdkjgsdhkg**##wang.
I see one brand name there.
Consumers are catching on that the no name brands aren’t going to last. Some care, some don’t
Same with Home Depot, Lowes, etc. No more DeLong (Not sure if American, but they were rock solid brand wise for oil filled radiators.)
Not only that, is the great and ever-useful campaigns that get drained with obvious sabotage (this morning I have a beautiful $140 spent with $0.00 sales). Amazon doesn’t care
Is the beautiful loop of how many people get a loan (likely financed with my reserve money) to pay for those campaigns
It’s one joy after another
As an American manufacturer I am glad the new sellers have dropped. All you see are cheap products undercutting everything that was already out there. Competition is higher and margins are lower. It’s really not fun as a seller anymore. After all my costs are calculated I’m lucky to make 10% profit. Is it all really worth it anymore?
I see the problem this way. Instead of the platform being filled with grey market trash from dumpster divers and 2am CVS tweakers arm stuck in the clearance bin, Amazon has shifted to a CCP private label dumping ground.
We have stopped adding products to the catalog and thanks to the massive tax increase in the form of tariffs, we will not be hiring new or replacement employees. Todays TACO announcement did not change anything for us, so we will have to wait for a carne asada, carnitas, or in our case a curry TACO.
@ASV_Vites Vornado is a US-based company that originated in the U.S. They sell their products through various platforms such as Amazon and Wal-Mart but they are in the United States.
(They even have an antique fan museum which I have visited).
Yep. And at least some of their products are dropshipped (by Vornado) from somewhere in the midwest (I think Iowa, but don’t remember exactly). You can buy from Lowes, HD, or Walmart, and from any of those, they’ll have it delivered. I’m not sure if any of their products are available on the shelf anywhere; their humidifiers and filters certainly are not (and work great, once you over-ride the “Low Water” float that doesn’t float).
I’ve got a 30 year old DeLong radiator I’m still using in my prep area.
Amazon does not break out 1PS and 3PS sales on their sales calls, filings, reports to investors, PR, etc. This allows them to run 1PS at a loss to grab market share (an anti-trust violation) at the same time raking in tons of 3PS money (without looking like they’re gouging sellers). This alone tells me the goal is to sell everything themselves one day, as soon as they figured out how to make us redundant and raise their 1PS prices without losing too many buyers. i.e. Walmartify the platform.
