@UserID how did you contact Amazon? The actual App team in the past has actually been helpful and responsive. You need to get to th er m, either through “Feedback” or you might try this email:

IDK if you have an android, but if not perhaps you can simply replace “android” with “iphone”?
@papy I used the app to report the issue. It seems that ends up going to standard Support. I’ll try with them when I exhaust the support chain.
I’m using an iPhone. It would be helpful if anyone else here could just test on their app and let me know if it’s showing the same: New results after initial scan, rather than Used results. Thanks.
They ended up transferring the ticket to an “internal team.” Regardless, the issue seems to be fixed and the app is now showing Used prices on the initial scan, as it always has. Whew. Thank y’all for the feedback.
