Being sarcastic here…
Why is it that we have to give 500 ways for a customer or Amazon to contact us, but NOT ONE email or phone number to contact Amazon?
Walmart, Etsy, and not so much eBay, are the same.
Last week, I could not get Walmart’s Seller Center to load to log in. Took a deep breath and walked away. That was Thursday. Then again on Monday…same thing. Well, if there was a glitch, it should have been fixed. So I started to panic. Real panic. No one posted here, one person posted in a Facebook group on Thursday, but no real solution suggested.
I finally figured it out and could log in. Whew!
But where was Walmart for me? Where would Amazon or Etsy have been there for ME? NO WHERE. You can’t ask Amazon unless you can log in and get to their forum. And then ONLY MAYBE can you get the attention of “Susan”.
Walmart has nothing similar that I am aware of.
Etsy same way – log in to get to their forums.
