The only information I have is her feedback, because this is an FBA order Amazon handled the customer service for her refund.
I don’t think that is very likely, there is no identification of what is in the box on the outside of the box. The bottles inside are packed 2 per bubble bag so that wouldn’t make much sense for someone to pull one out and take the rest.
