Are these Reimbursement ID # belong to Amazon or the tool?

Hi,

I’m trying a new reimbursement tool (Eva). The setup process was long and not done yet. However I started seeing the new reimbursement transfers that weren’t initiated by Amazon. In the “Created By” column, the Amazon initiated reimbursements have orange color while non-Amazon initiated reimbursements have blue color. See the screenshot below.

I wonder who initiated the non-Amazon reimbursement transaction (those blue color). I noticed the Reimbursement ID # for every transaction (see the light green rectangle). Are these Amazon reimbursement ID # that I could use to retrieve more info from Seller Central?

May I ask what does Eva Commerce have to say regarding your question?

It’s true that Amazon Reimbursement IDs are 11-digit numerical strings, but if I were hoping to use that business entity’s software solution to prop up my bottom line, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to their support infrastructure - and if I weren’t satisfied with the response, I’d likely be looking askance at the possibility of said service proving useful in a meaningful fashion…
