Best way to put Amazon store on vacation

Exactly what I mean, you want convenience and features for the buyer side of things, for the seller side you want less convenience/features and more reliability.

Walmart is no more reliable than Amazon, believe me. If you don’t believe me :arrow_heading_down: :arrow_heading_down: :arrow_heading_down:

At least they show the section of code that’s broken so they know what part to fix quickly.

@BennyMac I know this is a zombie thread now, but can you please confirm that you used vacation mode for 24 hours, and then update us on any weirdness that did or did not occur? Thank you!

We just went in and out of vacation mode for 1 day at the end of August (wife had a procedure done) and everything went smooth … no issues.

Nice! Thanks @Lost_My_Marbles !

Yep it worked fine:)

EDIT TO ADD:
Now with Amazon forcing sellers to automated handling times this is NO LONGER my recommendation. Amazon has proven they can and will over-ride seller settings at any time.

VACATION MODE is the safe way
