Bulk Coupons Error?

Is anyone else having issues uploading bulk coupons? I’ve done this several times in the past with no issues and the past few days I’m having zero luck. I made sure my cells are formatted just like the examples in yellow. Made sure the file name was just lower case letters with no spaces or numbers, tried uploading .xlx and .xlsx formats. Re-downloaded the template and tried again… just keep getting the same error.

Using Chrome… also downloaded Firefox with a fresh install and get the same exact issue. Seller Support has given the usual clueless help so far.

We see this banner …

If you are editing prior Oct 30, 2024 coupons, this might be the issue.

I’m not editing anything, I’m creating brand new coupons for later this week.

Then the only thing we see that we would recheck on the bulk coupon excel file would be the coupon title and the beginning and ending dates (formatted as they want 2024-11-??).

Could be a volume thing also … a lot of sellers trying to upload bulk coupons for this weekend causing a backup within the system.

Coupon titles are good, dates are the same format as the examples on the template.

When I click upload it immediately gives the error without hesitation

It is probably nothing you are doing then.

Amazon has been doing a lot of changes these past few months and wouldn’t be surprised if this was just Amazon tinkering with their system.

It didn’t give an exact error as the issue which would tend to support Amazon tinkering.

All you can do is wait and try again.

The only other thing would be a restart of your computer if you haven’t done it in a while (can’t hurt trying).

So I’m an idiot.

I used SKUs when I should have put ASINs. You’d think at least they would give a specific error for that though? Haha
