Canadian Order and Return Label

First, Was the order placed on Amazon.com or Amazon.ca? I suspect .com

Second, She selected Inaccurate because the other options said she had to pay for the label.

Third, yeah… My create return shipping label somehow went away from Pirate Ship… (OMG the pirate ship chat bot replies with memes and gif’s how on brand!)
Apparently they deactivated the feature on me at some point. And it’s back

THAT BEING SAID, PIRATE SHIP DOES NOT ALLOW INTERNATIONAL RETURN LABELS (not sure anyone does). You also have to create an invoice and pay customs and tariff’s on said return.

Fourth, IMO, yes you can because the wrong return reason was used

The final question is… how much was the item? Are you bordering on give a discount to let them keep it? In my eyes the buyer needs to do all this legwork honestly if it’s being returned for wrong color ordered.
