Cannot send cases to SS via email? Only chat support available

I can’t even get phone support anymore on most cases.

Same here and the chat is AI so it takes 10 minutes to respond, doesn’t know how to read what you are including for attachments, and takes an hour or two to do what before took 30 seconds.
When I get lucky and a real person on chat answers, they respond rather quickly and are able to read attachments, not just send me links of their TOS on the subject. On and off in a few minutes.
What a waste of time and energy… and I say energy as in ours and the power kind that these bots suck up being useless.
