the irony is, it was an Amazon flip. they don’t care that the invoice is from Amazon. all I get is “well what will you do to prevent this from happening”, I really don’t know if the people who English is not their first language, if they understand what I’m saying.
thank you all so much for chiming in. This was a bottle of vitamins, FBM, Amazon flip. I just don’t know how to move forward. Should I write a really long story explaining the situation? I thought they like short and concise. Although it will likely be rejected anyway!
No they won’t care but they might care that you are flipping items from Amazon. IMO they want a clean supply chain of custody, especially for ingestible’s.

This sounds like they want you to write an appeal for the offense.
To be clear, were you ordering the vitamins on Amazon, shipped to you, and then listing them for sale on Amazon? Advice on how to move forward, and how to write an appeal, could depend on how you are sourcing your products to sell.

Isn’t that firmly against Amazon’s policy? I know you can’t buy with Prime and resell for sure.
