Ebay : Auctions vs Buy It Now

Please share if you can. I have been looking for something like this that actually works. Have tried a few and none have been great.

Agreed. All our stuff is BIN, unless it’s vintage electronics or something collectable or rare. We do sell some used electronics on the Bay and seem to do quite well there. Of course I would never try that on Amazon LOL.

I use a site called Ordoro. They claim to be pretty full service but the ONLY thing I use them for is tracking inventory.

They will sync with Amazon, eBay, another site I sell on, as well as a bunch of others that I’m not on. It’s also able to ‘BUILD’ a link to my own website(s) if I ever work on them enough to generate business.

I’m paying about $300 a month so it’s not cheap but I simply can’t keep up with closing listings on eBay when something sells at 3AM on Amazon. I might have just gone to bed at 2 but really do NOT want to hit the computer or the phone for business at that time of day.

Thanks, appreciate the info. A bit pricey as you said, but worth it if the volume is there I think. We haven’t tried them so it could definitely be an option.

Yes. And I honestly can not fathom why that 50 cents is a deal breaker, unless bragging rights?

Can confirm. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: As a Buyer, I don’t have time to babysit an auction.

Same and please do!

One of the biggest benefits of SAS versus the Amazon Seller Forum is that we CAN talk about other online sales channels, freely.

I purchase a lot of collectible coins and stamps off ebay for resell on amazon. I watch auctions that are not getting many if any bids and then snipe them the last few seconds. I also look for new listings and people who evidently do not know the value of what they are selling. Lot’s of deals on ebay if you watch like I do, which is constantly…lol Also facebook coin and stamp sales groups I pick up many sales for low prices, people get on there and unload items for cheap if you watch and happen to be there in time. I sell mainly on amazon because of the set the price and let it sit. If it doesn’t sell often times I raise the price. I do a few BIN’s on ebay and etsy but amazon is my money.
