I’m an eBay re-newbie (after 30 years absence) and have two questions about watchers.
- If someone watches one of my items, and if I want to send an offer, do I have to send it within a certain time frame?
- Once I send an offer, how long does the recipient have to take this offer? I do not accept counter offers.
