Bulk shipping printing option with items that are transparency enabled. Right now, if I bulk print shipping for TP enabled, I can’t add the TP. And I can’t add it after the fact if I forget to scan the TP code before hitting ‘print’

As absurd and frustrating as you’d expect
They showed me a screen of how the **next** new seller central was going to look like. I described it as “sensory overload”. Everything was shrill, too many things. Words in red saying “critical” simply for orders waiting to be shipped. It was like mixing Mardi Gras with Omaha beach.
But then came the cherry on top 🤦🏼♂️ . One of the screens that they showed me to “give an honest reaction” was literally a black screen with a banner advertising MCF. It left me so confused, like “what do you want me to say about this? It’s just an ad, do you want to add pop-up ads of Amazon services?” The answer to that was yes.
A side note, everybody in the conversation (starting with myself) was very Hispanic. They were all Costa Rica. Still, as the conversation was recorded, we played along in our very heavily accented version of the language. I pity the Palestinian or the AI bot that has to listen to the recording.

I’m rewatching Silicon Valley right now. I hate how on the nose it is… even several years later. Satire should be entertainment not a reminder we live in a corporate hellscape of ■■■■ options that continue to get shittier. Sigh. Rant over 🙂
Amazon will squeeze and resqueeze the same lemon until it dissipates to dust. Not sure if the ui/ad rev is the lemon or us sellers.

Why does that give me a nice bit of schadenfreude? 😆 Maybe next time you can add some Puerto Ricans whose version of Spanish involves dropping whole syllables and 3x the speed? 😜 …I say with much love and respect for my IRL PR friends who say that though I might one day learn Spanish I will never be able to keep up! (and @Chimanimani and @Setalpz and more!) 🇵🇷

I’ve been seeing it for a couple days now. I don’t know if it’s customer facing or not, but I guess it could help a seller check if a package was not scanned by carrier after a label was printed.
With that said, is another colorful (distracting) pop-out in the page, a bit of what I called “sensory overload”, though not nearly as egregious as what they showed me

Tony, I don’t know if you submitted this issue during the meeting, but Amazon has changed this just recently. Now when I cancel a label, the order returns to the unshipped queue. Much better than searching through the shipped orders to Buy Shipping for a new labell.

I definitely told them.
But I doubt that I had impact on them doing it. Mostly because everything else I mentioned went unattended.
With that said, I have benefited from that as well, and is finally a step on the right direction.
