I have handmade items too. So I can see that they don’t do well compared to my marketplace items.
They are set at 4 days processing and about $3 more than marketplace comparable sizes. And I see a tremendous difference. Not sure I could handle a shorter processing time than 4 to make them more competitive. If I oops have to sew too much…I’m sunk too fast.
Hummmmmmmmmm. I’ve never seen an “XML template.” Previously i used the XSD’s to create the “XML file” for upload through MWS (now done away with). I believe the same could still be done with the SP-API, but I’ve not gotten into using it.

Yes, and that’s an Excel Template (typically, a file with the file extension “.xlsx”) - aka a ‘spreadsheet’ in more-colloquial terms.
XML, which is an acronym for “Extensible Markup Language,” is a different sort of file.
