Dear valued customer,
The smaller oval runner is actually 17 X 11, not 11 X 17. It turns out I accidentally had it sideways when I measured it. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear Valued Customer:

Any projection of any ellipse is still an ellipse, so concepts like “length” and “width” would vary depending upon relative placement of the surface upon which the ellipse is projected. See the attached figure.

Dear Seller,

But why then does my circle look like an ellipse when projected? I need to return my circle as it is obviously faulty.

Dear Valued Customer:

See Fig 2 - Perspective projection of a circle is ALLWAYS an ellipse, but the ellipse centroid is not necessarily the projected centroid of the circle.

Dear Seller,

The ball description didn’t include the physics lesson and I just wanted a ball with a refund. Please process my refund without a diagram.

Dear Valued S̶l̶e̶a̶z̶e̶b̶a̶l̶l̶ ̶G̶r̶i̶f̶t̶e̶r̶ Customer:

If you want a refund, I want the ball back, first.
The ball is in your court.

Dear customer, do not buy this.
