Thanks to the yellow dot. I wouldn’t have know what was going on in the video
@ASV_Vites So, I did as you suggested and went ahead and disputed the infractions. Son of a gun… wouldn’t ya know… they were investigated and Amazon couldn’t substantiate two of the shipping problems. They have been removed and my problem shipment rate should be updated within the next 24 hours. I’ll get a refund of any fees charged also.
Nice. Glad it worked out. Most of the time (above 50%), it does.
Congratulation! How did you do it? I used to dispute twice and they still stuck with their original defect. They just repeated the original finding without showing any proof. Perhaps I should try to dispute more?
Perhaps I should try to dispute more?
Maybe. @ASV_Vites convinced me I had nothing to lose so I just disputed everything I could dispute. I’m glad I did. The cynic in me figured originally not to even waste my time.

Big thanks to @ASV_Vites for the encouragement here! Personally, I’m not shy in my opinion that when $#@! happens on Amazon or any sales channel, Sellers should push back through the available processes, and then some! Even if we don’t succeed every time, we document the issue and clog the system so that they might eventually decide that the path of least resistance is preventing the issue in the first place…or maybe when the FTC eventually investigates they see that Amazon ignored issues that benefitted them and hurt Sellers, whatever.
Thanks to @Uncle_Leroy for updating, and @HumbleWarrior we want to hear how it goes for you, too
For the record, I have a standard response that notes every successful case and each case is added to the next dispute.
We start in our response with the “major” investigation that took place almost 2 years ago with a “coaching call”, where the US based Amazon associate found in our favor and made that issue go away. That was before we had SAS btw, so did that all on our own.
If you know you are right, never give up. That’s how we operate. Works out well the majority of the time. It will make you crazy though. A lot easier to accept blame and fall in line but that’s not me. Amazon is an evil, corrupt place, but there are a few good and intelligent people working there that care. You just have to get lucky.
Thank you everyone for replying this post. All shipments came in and Amazon gave me a bunch of overweight defects; 7 safety issues from overweight from September 12 to November 17. Yes, my shipment creation privilege was suspended until I acknowledged all issues (only took a few minutes) and they reinstated my shipment creation ability All is good. I want to post the outcome here. So people can learn (and don’t have to be overly worried like I did a few months ago )
