Is a double digit RoAs (or single digit ACOS) realistic anymore?

Just curious about what you’ve seen on your advertised products with the new “About You” that channels shoppers toward the brands they’ve already bought in the past, before a Buyer has even searched for anything.

I’m also wondering whether “About You” AI-driven presentations to Buyers right on the Home page has affected “non-preferred” brand sales to the point that ALL Sellers (who advertise) are scrambling to pay more for less just because shoppers aren’t really even searching or browsing any more.

:grimacing: It’s so much more difficult for 3Ps to get a product in front of a new shopper, especially if that shopper has purchased from a competitor previously.
