I just searched for my name and my products came up - and they’re not in my title (but are in my tags). So who knows.

I am starting to obsess over this, lol. I added my brand name to all 81 listing titles yesterday and still none of my items show in search for it. Can one of you who know my business name search for me and see if you see my stuff? I’ve tried different browsers and devices so I don’t think it’s just me.

I searched with just your store name, and the result didn’t include any of your items. But the drop down list had a link for your store name and the word jewelry, when I click on the link, it did bring up 81 of your items.

You are not the only one with this problem, I also have 81 active listings right now, but when I search with my store name, it gave 15 items. It’s been like this for a while, but since I don’t think anybody is going to search with my store name, I just didn’t try to do anything about it. BTW, I don’t have my store name in any of titles.

Thank you, I appreciate you checking. Just so weird that after adding it to titles it still isn’t showing.

I remember reading somewhere that it takes 24 hours for search updates.

I hope you’re right! But doesn’t explain why the tags I added months ago don’t work.

@Rino , I don’t know if Michaels fixed something or what. But this morning I noticed when I searched with my store name, all of my items are showing up in the result now. I also did a search with just your store name and the the search result was showing 75 of your items. Don’t know why your other 6 items (you have 81 items, right?) wasn’t included, but it was a big improvement.

So if the search result stays as it is today, then it seems like we don’t have to have our store name in the title, tags, etc to be searchable.

@Rino, Well, it didn’t, at least not for me. I went back and did another search with my store name, and the result went back to 15 items again. But yours still showing 75.

@Dreamscape-Studio After doing a “clear browsing data,” I see 14 of yours in search and 78 (out of now 83) of mine. I don’t care about every single one showing up, just at least a few so somebody can click through to my store. So I consider this a win, even if I had to add my name to all my titles.
