9 boxes, 15x15x15, 9 pounds each.
All picked up by the same mail carrier. All were scanned upon arrival at our post office the day of shipment so I’m covered as to “shipped on time”.
4 left our post office and were routed to Phillipsburg NJ showing scans they have now left that facility and are on the way to the customer.
5 left our post office and went to Philadelphia, 3 are still sitting there, 2 have a scan showing left the facility this afternoon.
Waiting to see what claim the buyer makes and how Amazon responds.
Chiming in super late – I was out of the country – Over in Amazon buy shipping, can’t you choose to use UPS instead of USPS? (you’d have to choose it from the drop down menu)

Last delivery date is 1/23 so they are a day early.
INAD will be the only claim he can make.

yes I could have chosen UPS however there would not have been any protections in the event the buyer filed a claim.
We often do this with smaller orders under $100 knowing UPS will outperform USPS at every turn and regardless of the date Amazon is showing UPS will arrive faster. With an order this large and with 9 larger cartons, we chose to “trust” USPS on this and it looks like they are on the money. All should deliver today, were shipped on time and will delivery on time using Amazon buy shipping.
Buyers only remedy for refund will be INAD which I fully expect and we WILL require him to return every single piece if he expects any kind of refund.

You CLEARLY underestimate the ability of ‘buyers’ to get ‘creative’ when it comes to screwing sellers…
