New Trick - FBA sellers are using the "Unexpected Problem" option to contact you after delivery

So noticed a new trick from FBA sellers, mostly from outside the USA. They use the “Unexpected Problem” option to send you a message after the item is delivered.

Today’s was:

Message from seller Hiweal USA:
Hi,
Have you received the product? How is it ?
If you have any questions, please contact us directly. We are here for you.
Best Regards!

I find that so hard to believe. < s >

It’s not the first one I’ve gotten. I reported both, but we all know nothing will come of it

Life is full of bad choices.

Ignore the failings of others or encourage Amazon to take the wrong action as a result of the failing.

I do believe this dates back to Hobson.
