The other shoe dropped. It looks like the algorithm flagged a few coin listings as “non monetized bullion” even though they are US coins (Listing was an 1892 S barber half dollar). For those not familiar with the category, only coins (backed by a face value) can be listed otherwise it needs to be posted in toys or industrials.
The system took these listings down citing the non-monetization to 4 listings. It gives me the option to appeal, but the backend team has been beyond lackluster so trusting them to know that a US half dollar is worth 50 cents is a gamble I am not willing to take.
I’ve emailed Bezos, Jassy, and a few others.
Should I try to appeal or wait for them? It has been 48 hours since I’ve emailed. If you’ve ever had a similar issue would love some insight since this is the first time I’ve ever seen this before.

We have no experience with this; however, if we were to appeal, we would start with only one of the listings. If we succeeded, then we could cite that appeal win in the following 3 item appeals to help push them through.

What happens if they decline an appeal? Will it hurt my health rating?

The violation itself might impact your metrics, but failed appeals do not.

Even if appealed in my favor? I only have a 204 so what happens if it drops under? Also is it per violation?

You mean if the appeal is successful? Then the related violation should be removed.
If you are talking about your Account Health Rating, some violations impact this rating and some don’t. I have no idea whether or not a Non-Monetized Bullion violation does. If you find the violation in your Account Health page, it will tell you if the violation has a metric impact or not.
Falling under 200 loses certain protections from being suspended, but does not mean that you will be suspended.

Gotcha.
If my appeals end up being rejected, will it continue saying no impact and not affect my health rating?

Yes. A failed appeal will not cause a rating defect.
