Hello,
Quick question regarding removing prices from a supplier invoice.
I have a client who wants to remove pricing from the invoice before submitting o Amazon.
What is the perferred/safest method to do this without getting popped for forged invoices?
My guess is printing the invoice and blacking out the prices?
Just wanted to double check before moving forward.

Correct. We print the invoices, use whiteout or whiteout tape and scan them. We have never been rejected for forged invoices when doing this.
We conceal both the price and any discounts we receive from our manufacturers.

This This This. ALL DAY THIS
Do not digitally edit them at all. Amazon does not mind that you take out pricing, but the bots flip out if they see a PDF has been altered in any shape or form

Even though this question wasn’t asked, I have to ask.
Does the client ALSO have an LOA from the brand allowing them to sell on Amazon?
The reason I ask is because it has become an epidemic of suspensions on Amazon for not having BOTH an LOA from the brand and an Invoice from an authorized wholesaler.
Amazon is giving a bad name to the term ‘take no prisoners.’ Sellers beware.

For this client they are the manufacturer so I guess in the worst case scenario we would be writing an LOA to oursleves.
Thank you!

Amazon is crazy, so be prepared! I actually had to do that for Brand Registry since I produce under one LLC and sell under a different LLC.
I had to send copies of the paperwork for both to Amazon to show common ownership!
