Amazon was actually faster to react to notice of the CSPC ruling than was Walmart - they’ve been a favorite whipping boy of the Commission, in terms of regulatory fines, ever since it was created, which obviously has them gun-shy (“…an overabundance of caution…”, as many of their response templates read) - because all four of those labs have been listed on the SHC’s “Suspended validation labs” @ https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/QG5MW4Q93L59T5K since @ least the last time I archived it, on 012326.
T’would appear that the CPSC seems to be making a good deal of progress on this long-troubling issue of accrediting PRC-based testing providers; when I first archived that page - the day I first became aware of it, 062525, because it was mentioned in that date’s News Headline “Ensure compliance documentation comes from compliant labs” @ https: //sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-news/articles/QVRWUERLSUtYMERFUiNHWE5LQVZaRjk3SkQ1NE41 - there were only two labs that had been sanctioned; as of today (unchanged since 012326; I just checked), there are a total of 11.
11 down, how many to go?
