Shipment Performance - when they keep getting it wrong...

Just shoot an email off to the the Jeff/Andy email and state the facts.

Inbound coaching team gave us a negative performance metric on X date for X shipment.
Inventory found for X shipment Y date
Request negative performance metric be removed.

save a cut and paste template for future use.

You can even spice it up a little by pointing out that the email would not be needed if replies to your requests for removal were addressed by the MIC team.
