Shipping Speed Option on Send to Amazon

Was there an announcement on this somewhere and I missed it? I’ve been choosing the cheaper “expect delays” option for sending in parcel items in danger of going out of stock (or out of stock), but then I noticed that the small print says the shipping selection when Sending to Amazon also affects the shipping speed to the buyer.

How so? If I pay the double-rate, does that mean Amazon somehow expedites outgoing shipments that came in on that rate? Like better qualifying for one-day?

If there was an announcement, I’d love to see it. Trying to see what additional benefits there are to paying the recommended, much more expensive, Send to Amazon rate now.

here is a screenshot of what I see:

Cheers!

That’s new… I’ve never seen it and I created shipments last week.

I think they mean that if your stuff gets in faster, buyers will get it faster. It can’t and doesn’t have anything to do with fulfillment to the buyer.

How’s it going? Is everything straightened out with your listings? Good to see that you are creating inbounds. Good sign.
