I’ve certainly seen nothing to make me able to dispute that thought. We’ve had really slow sales; if you take out the several pricey books we sold that had no other offers, we got just enough to cover the monthly fee credited to our account.

Our sales have taken a very uncharacteristic nosedive this week as well (we sell mostly books plus some CDs and DVDs). I am positive it is at least partly related to DD+7.

It and anything else which brings headlines and media hysteria CAN AFFECT THE MARKET FOR A DAY OR TWO.
Today, the losses are reversed because the employment numbers are better than expected, and exceptionally good if you remove the loss of government jobs.

Not to mention anything that can raise the price of gas by over 30 cents in a week. People see those signs at the corner and start freaking out (but won’t stop driving 3x as much as they need too…)

I did a 40 minute round trip to a flea market this morning and only spent 20 minutes there.
But I consider this “a well-being check” on friends.

That’s a reasonable drive.
I think more about the people who cannot conceive of the idea of combining trips. Such as drive to the grocery store, then home. Then drive to the drug store that’s a block away from the grocery store. Then home. All finished before having to drive to the doctor appointment across the street from the grocery store.

My sales are down over 50%. I have noticed that if you are on an ASIN with more than 3 sellers, and are not one of the top three ‘best prices’, your offer does not show on the Other Sellers on Amazon options link. It has been truncated to only show the second and third best offers, and customers need to click yet another “More Options” button to see all offers.

Well, here’s what IS selling.
Backstory: Several months ago CBS decided to cancel The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The show will be ending in May.
