Uggg. Entitled Customers

How would you respond to a customer who bought a product over 100 days ago, used the product all up, and is now asking for a refund because he didn’t like the product?

I swear, I am seeing a major uptick in customers like this lately.

No response needed. And, yes, because Amazon has trained it buyers and support teams to give in to whatever they want.

I didn’t do the no reply necessary as he evidently couldn’t initiate a refund from his order history so he contacted Walmart directly. Their customer service is on par with Amazon’s - telling customers whatever they want to hear and throwing the sellers under the bus to deal with the mess they created.
