Yeah, this is the one from this morning. I actually received an email for it. They are absolutely useless.
I learned more from trial and error on Amazon than from any help page. The help pages are mostly important for knowing the stated policies so we can use them against Amazon in claims etc.
When I got hired here 5 years ago, the guy training me showed me the basics (adding to listings, returns, inventory) and the boss’s son said read Seller University. I learned more from all of you just by reading the forums and saving posts that I could go back and refer to.

Meanwhile, there are articles about how Amazon is starting to end free returns for Amazon owned merchandise.
