Actually, they first specifically asked for POA, then invoices, then greater information and then I got hit with the latest vague email in my opening post

Can you post your POA for us to look at? Maybe we can offer some suggestions on how to improve it, and when you resubmit the POA, include the invoice(s) and the LOA if you have one.
Thank you for your kind words and for providing such a helpful forum, and thank you to everyone helping me; it is greatly greatly appreciated, I hope this gets resolved soon, I’m trying to get the letter from the manufacturer, and once I have it I will send it to them
