Walmart Selling Tiers

Has anyone been able to increase their Tier or even get to one?

I can’t seem to get passed the “Price Competitiveness Score”
This metric will never be accurate and if it can’t find a match on the internet then it gets a score of ZERO which stops you from ever getting 6/6 for the next Tier

I’ve never hit pro but I’ve hit advanced.
My Price Competitive Score us usually between 65-70%.

Yea. I don’t think it changed anything. We only have 4 listings there and 1 of the 4 is like 90% of our sales.

100% Private label obviously. IDK how resellers can move up or if that even matters other than getting a little trophy to feel good about.

Do Walmart shoppers see those badges when searching/browsing?

Yes, but they have to look for it.

Does anyone know how to reply to buyer feedback on Walmart?
I don’t even see a way of fighting it.

There must be some long list of exclusions on these benefits.

8 tenths of 1% in 2024 in savings according to our P&L / summary of the payout statements.

I need to look into this more. WMT is on auto pilot for us. I rarely pay attention to it.

Wish Amazon was like that.

This I know how to do…

I’ve tried it 3X - once I got 1 removed. This is the stupidest workflow to get to a case topic but here we go. AND, it cannot be linked so enjoy the path. They make it impossible to find on purpose.

Step 9 - Fill out all this stuff

You can use this for a product review or feedback.

9 Steps!

Why not a link right from the feedback page?

Item reviews I can see that you can respond:

Seller reviews I do not see anyway of fighting or responding
