What's the best way to deal with a company that tries to enforce their MAP policy?

It’s going to depend on what you mean by "like us ".

Hopefully you have discovered that there is a HUGE number of sellers here who source from authorized wholesalers that either are the brand themselves or , such as myself, have been told by the brands that we should purchase from certain wholesalers. I am both brand direct AND buying from authorized sources.

And then, there are sellers (a shrinking number) such as yourself, that have decided to NOT source from authorized wholesalers and are (or have been) willing to risk your accounts by purchasing and selling (at best) gray market goods, and (at worst) salvage goods. BOTH of those should NEVER be considered ‘new’ on Amazon and many other sites.

“Goods under the control of resellers aren’t considered “used” items.”

And THAT indicates to me that you still do not understand the risks that you are taking with your account.

Anything that is NOT from an authorized source where you can prove a chain of custody and authorizations to sell is , more often than not, used as far as AMAZON is concerned. The days of ‘receipts’ there are numbered and it is getting to be a very small number.
