What's the workaround when inbound shipping to Amazon is broken?

Thanks. I just google this and posted details here to share with other people

Reasons for Section 3 Suspension:

  • Selling counterfeit or prohibited goods: This includes selling fakes, banned items, or products that don’t comply with Amazon’s guidelines.
  • Manipulating reviews or ratings: Engaging in fake reviews, review buying/selling, or using bots to manipulate product ratings can lead to suspension.
  • Violating intellectual property rights: Selling products that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or patents is strictly prohibited.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices: Misrepresenting products, misleading customers, or engaging in unethical behavior can result in suspension.
  • Account abuse or misuse: Sharing accounts, using unauthorized tools, or violating Amazon’s Terms of Service can also trigger suspension.

I mean when the suspension notification specifically says “deactivated in accordance with section 3,” I’ve never seen one of those successfully appealed.

In my secondhand experience, Amazon always offers an opportunity to “provide evidence that your account did not violate policies”.

Amazon never guarantees that they will read or respond to any such submission.
