CLR/RFR (originally, ‘Amazonese’ for “Category Listing Reports,” but ‘re-branded’ some years back, internally, to “Reverse Feed(s) Report”) functionality doesn’t always appear in the same order shown of the Inventory Reports Dashboard’s drop-down menu I just screen-snipped today (above), so it’s important to scroll down & examine all the options shown before proceeding on to the next step in gaining access to this oh-so-useful ‘snapshot glimpse’ of what Amazon’s automated mechanisms consider to be authoritative date at the given point in time.
That next step, if it is evident the download capability simply doesn’t exist, is to open a short, succinct case requesting that CLR/RF access be granted for the Merchant ID in question.
