Where is the return reason list that indicates when buyer pays return shipping?

Many of my returns are also RFS, but it’s pretty hit or miss. Around 30% of the time the items are not refunded and I get to refund myself. I have never figured out why some orders are refunded and others are not.

Interesting, mine always are refunded, maybe it’s category related.

Agree – I think I had a thread of “being too helpful”…

Had a message yesterday about “Why did you refund only one doily when I shipped back two?”

Valid question…

I could tell her that Amazon does the refunds automatically upon first scan, I have no control over that. AND the package per tracking is not here, so I really don’t know what she sent back. AND that I can see on my end, she said she was only returning 1 item, but if there are two, I’ll take care of you.

She said thank you.

I really try hard not to over communicate with them because when I explain…I feel like they don’t care and simply want their money. Burned many times…when I was just trying to explain my side or what I see… they don’t care.

The buyer did not respond to me and did not answer the question of what the yellow ‘click here to get free return shipping’ link leads to.
They did file a new return request with the reason that they found a better price. So now there are 2 return requests on the same order. I don’t think ‘better price’ gets them a free return either, if my memory is functioning properly today.
