Comment indicates she got what she ordered, just wants to return for something else - so wth do I do with this? And why didn’t she just file a return request? I’ve never had one before so not sure how to proceed. Thx!

If she did not file a return request, then your response to the A-Z should be (assuming she did not send a message prior indicating a problem).
“Buyer indicates in their comments that the return reason selected was invalid. Buyer is welcome to return the product for refund but did not request to do so.”
I would do this now even if the A-Z notice says you don’t need to respond yet during review.
