2025 Form 1099-K

Did Michaels posted Form 1099-K for 2025 on MakerPlace dashboard yet?

I looked up the Tax information page on the Dashboard, but there is only 2024 listed. Not sure whether Michaels just hasn’t posted the 2025 form yet, or they are not going to submit a 1099-K for me for 2025 because I made less than $50 in sales in 2025.

If anybody who is on MP and already has your 1099-K for 2025 from Michaels, I’d really appreciated to know that, so then I’d think that means Michaels didn’t submit 1099-K for me. Thanks.

Unless your state requires a 1099-K for that low a level, it is unlikely that you will see one.

The current law for a 1099K has them being generated if you have over $20,000 in sales and more than 200 transactions.

Unless you live in a state that requires a 1099K for lessor amounts, you shouldn’t receive one for $50 from MakerPlace.

1099Ks do not have to be given out (mailed out) until January 31st. Even Amazon hasn’t generated their 1099Ks yet (or at least ours isn’t available yet from Amazon).

I checked today, and my 1099K from Amazon has been posted in my seller central tax form page. That’s what made me to check MakerPlace, they issued one last year for less than $700 in sales. I don’t know what is my state’s requirement for 1099K. I’ll wait until next month to check again.

Same here, for one SoA Account.

I just checked my MP dashboard and my 2025 1099K was available so it will likely be available soon. I made less than $800 there for the year.

Thanks for the reply. Just checked again, still no 2025 for me. Maybe less than $50 is too small for them to bother with the form.
