OK, I got a buyer that purchased 4 products and due to an oversight received 4 wrong products. He returned all 4, but via Amazon requested a replacement for 2 of them. When I try to refund him for the other 2 from the return, it will only allow me to refund all 4, but gives me a warning that 2 of them have a replacement order. Rarely ever have a return, =never one like this…what to do?
You refund all four and message him back to order the 2 new ones.

He already opted for replacements as part of the return

How are you trying to refund the 2 pieces?

well, I tried from the return screen, but that is where it wants to refund all 4. When I go to the order to refund, there is a big banner that says to refund go to your returns

Have you already confirmed sending the replacements in the system?
Yes, they were shipped. I figured out it will let me refund for the 2 from the order despite the banner telling me to go to returns. After that, I closed the return…
