A-to-Z Claim File Upload

Not sure it has been discussed but it looks like now we can upload proof for A-to-Z claims :grinning:

It was mentioned a couple months ago. Mostly flying under the radar.

The critical data point is whether or not a human looks at the uploads.

And looking at the forums, it appears that Amazon may ignore proof of delivery if you did not use buy shipping but who knows whether these sellers complaining actually got their first scan on time. :man_shrugging:

They’ve even ignored signatures I’ve uploaded sometimes. Results have been mixed at best.

My continuing understanding of how documents are handled by Amazon has been that Amazon has long used AI on (at least) initial reviews of documents. This software does more than pull the data. It also determines the font style & size (that’s just a little nugget for forgers).

This is true. However, this practice is also flawed, and sometimes the only way to actually get any traction is to get your documents before some actual eyeballs. When this is possible, the process is annoying. Where this isn’t possible, the process is infuriating.

On the valid signatures I did get them successfully overturned, though that means the customer still got a refund.

It took representing the claim, appealing the decision and then opening a case through support and pointing out that the customer signed for the package and the signature was uploaded to the claim.

So without sigcon–no luck. :grimacing:
