Has anyone ever received an email like this? Apparently my free shipping price of $0 is too high and according to the email they’re suppressing something or other. Is this anything?
Can you post the notification for the community to take a look and advise?

Something is seriously wrong with Amazon.
I got a notice about how an order that wasn’t due to ship until Monday was late and I had to ship it on Friday.
I got a few of they your shipping price is too high.
I have a feeling they are changing something and in usual Amazon fashion it is screwing up 5 things while fixing one.
This is usually related to what you set for your 2day delivery or expedited price.
A long while back we received a message like that that our shipping was too high.
So I lowered the 2day price by $1-$5 and hit save.
Can’t remember the actual amount. But it worked.
I get them on items I have on a different shipping template to try to offer premium shipping options for faster delivery. Basically, the sort of template I used back when SFP allowed for regional coverage.
I ignore the emails. I’m tired of Amazon telling me how to run my business, and if that means they disable certain shipping options for some customers, then they are the ones offering less delight to their customers, not me.
