I’m an Amazon elder but new to Walmart. I’ve been on for a little over a week now taking great joy in unloading product that is no longer Amazonable for the silliest of reasons.
Things have been fine. Surprisingly frictionless. I’ve made a few sales and have been ungated on a few of my larger brands. After receiving a particular approval today, I clicked over to see if my product was active and despite saying published; it wasn’t. Clicked on a few others, including in-stock WFS products that I’ve recently sold - they’re gone, too?!
My account appears fine. The only e-mail I’ve received is for the new seller payment hold, but that’s to be expected. Everything just…vanished? For seemingly no reason?
I’ve already opened a case with their support, but in the meantime am just making sure I’m not missing something glaringly obvious, or that a noob wouldn’t know.
Are they back @ThisIsFine ? And if not, have you checked to see whether maybe just you can’t see them, by having a colleague or friend elsewhere try to find them?
Still down for everyone, unfortunately. Just as Vites said, a scroll through Reddit makes this sound not too uncommon. Support let me know they’ve contacted the “internal team,” so hopefully it gets resolved sooner or later.
I have a few unpublished for high price and a couple errors for brands awaiting approval, but everything else is clear. Performance is fine/not available. I’ve sold around $200 so far, so I can’t imagine that would trigger a velocity review. I have 91 published items, half of which have active WFS inventory. Just normal toys Walmart themselves otherwise sell. No Apple or Nike (or Bapple or Niike).
Still awaiting a response from their support. Fortunately this is just a drop in the bucket compared to my other marketplaces, so there’s no real urgency.
Well, this post must have divinated a response. From two minutes ago:
“I have conducted an initial review and made some necessary adjustments to the listing. These changes typically take up to 72 hours to take effect. I kindly request you to wait for this period to ensure that the updates have been applied.”
“Listing” singular is concerning, but at least something(?) is happening(???). I’ll update with how this goes or doesn’t.
