My understanding from people who have attended is that it’s useful for sellers who can’t/won’t read the policy pages and need a person to explain things to them using a Powerpoint presentation, or who have a specific case that Seller Support should be able to help with, but they keep getting reps who don’t read and don’t care.

Yes, but if I’m going to spend good vacation level money on a trip, I want to go somewhere to relax not somewhere where I’ll be pissed off, raise my blood pressure, and leave feeling like I’ve talked to a brick wall in human form.
These executives are too “rich” to give a ■■■■so long as their stock options increase in value.
Poor choice by Josh. The best way for a seller to truly understand buyer issues is to experience one themselves and to follow the process a buyer does.
