I’m glad to inform you that our specialists has concluded the review on your affected orders, and indicated that according to our internal records, when the orders that are affecting your metrics were placed, your account displayed as enrolled to the “Automatic handle time” in that moment, and a 1 day handle time was applied.
Note that If “Automatic handle time” was activated for those orders by a system error, it has been already fixed, and your account no longer displays as enrolled to the program. Therefore, no more orders will be affected by this issue from this point forward.
Please, keep in mind that the 10 days window already display a 0% late shipment rate. However, we are not able to remove the current Late shipment rate from the 30 days window, that will be automatically fixed, as soon as this period is over.
