Amazon Ads email domain is changing
Hello,
Starting later this month, Amazon Ads will begin sending emails from @ads.amazon.com instead of @amazon.com. This change will roll out gradually and finish by late April 2026. During this time, Amazon Ads emails may come from either domain.
What’s changing
Only the email domain is changing. An email domain is the part of an email address that comes after the @ symbol. Your Amazon Ads account, campaigns, billing, settings, and services will not change.Recommended steps (optional)
While no action is required, we recommend the following steps to help ensure Amazon Ads emails continue to be handled consistently in your inbox:Add the new domain to your contacts and safe senders list
Adding @ads.amazon.com to your contacts and safe senders list helps ensure Amazon Ads emails reach your inbox and aren’t marked as spam. If you’ve added specific Amazon Ads email addresses in the past, add the new versions as well. For example, if you have [email protected] in your contacts, add [email protected].Follow your email provider’s instructions for adding contacts and updating your safe senders list.
Update email filters (if you use them)
If you use inbox rules or filters to sort or route emails by domain, update your rules to include both @amazon.com and @ads.amazon.com. This helps ensure Amazon Ads emails continue to be routed to the correct folder or label while the domain change is in progress.Best regards,
