I sell custom products that are customized in, and ship from USA. Some of my machinery is German, and our materials are imported from Germany.
Can I say this in the bullet points of our listings?
“Customized in and ships from U.S.A.”
We don’t think that would be a problem. We would reword it a bit … “Customized and shipped from USA.”
You might add a bit to the line …
“Manufactured and imported from Germany. Customized and shipped from USA.”

Apparently Amazon doesn’t like any location name in the bullet points as far as being “Customized in” or “Ships from” in some iterations, but allowed me to submit some variations thereof. Will check back in 24 hours to see if “Customized in and ships from U.S.A.” doesn’t get blocked.

- Not for promotional or seller-specific information: Including information about where a product is customized or where it ships from is considered seller-specific information and is generally not allowed in the bullet points.
2. Why “Customize In” is Inappropriate for Bullet Points:
- Listing Level Information: Information about where the customization takes place is more relevant at the listing level, such as in the product description or in the Amazon Custom program settings, rather than in individual bullet points.
- Not a Product Feature: The location of customization is not a feature of the product itself that would typically be highlighted in bullet points.
3. Why “Ships From” is Inappropriate for Bullet Points:

Not even sure all of the above is accurate as it allows for “customize in” down in the description but not bullets. “Ships from” isn’t allowed anywhere (which we are pretty sure is accurate).
If it gets through, it may be only until the bot catches it.

It suppressed that bullet point. I’m trying to edit it, but it keeps giving me an error. I think I may have to way the balance of 24 hours for it to fully update until I can edit it again. It keeps giving me the same error even though I’m changing it to something that’s ok. It also appears they may have just removed the offending text. It’s not populating to the product detail page yet. I’ll need to come up with some keywords to fill in the available space once the dust settles.

I suspect that you are correct. The suppressed edit is currently still cascading through all servers, and the suppression is following. 
If after the 24 hour period (that you have to wait out) and you still have issues, you might want to try using the excel file template upload method.
Now that I got a listing violation I was able to edit it properly - but that’s because I forgot that the error shows under the 1st bullet point, when it may be any of the bullet points causing the problem. I forgot the offending text in the 2nd bullet point, and thought it was automatically stripped out of the first bullet point where the error message was.
The title updated already, so hopefully this gets updated by late evening.
Update: The bullet point fixes are now live, along with the new product title. It appears this resolved faster than I expected.
