Anyone else planning to attend the Amazon Buy Shipping: Charting the course to savings webinars this week?
I definitely want to see if anyone can actually ask questions. Would love to have them tell us how to manage UPS shipping adjustments and why they keep denying AtoZ against sellers when all requirements are met.

OMG, they so heavy-handedly moderated that entire thing. Long delays between questions before answering them, and they are obviously carefully curated. Damn, it’s sad if it wasn’t so NOT-surprising.
Any nuggets of new info amongst the sludge?
Not a crumb.Well, ok, technically they DID give a specific number for calling UPS to make a claim when using Buy Shipping. They did say you can NOT call any other number to make the claim or it will get denied. But that was after I pressed three times about it.
LOL if I recall correctly, they probably got it from @Old-Timer anyway! 
I learned these Amazon programs were useless trash when I joined the ones for SFP. They basically just read the announcements and FAQs back to you, and they only answer questions they want to.
Actually, that may be a useful crumb. Would it be OK to post that number? About once or twice a year we have to jump through fiery hoops to try to get a claim with UPS and being able to speak to someone there who actually knows the program would be great.
