I can’t get to the shipping page to send inventory. I can’t see the Business Reports page. Am I the only one?

My seller central is wonky, doesn’t show today’s sales and has errors in some of the areas.

May I ask if you’re currently seeing this banner on the Campaign Manager Dashboard, if you navigate there directly from the Seller Central Dashboard?

I created a new FBA sku on an existing ASIN, now I cannot create a shipping template for it.

error! The SKU for this product is unknown or cannot be found.

The new listing is not showing up on my Inventory page.

This just in …

Amazon has made a discretionary decision that the Amazon platform outage will not be considered as a major disruption. Whether or not you can access your orders to process has no basis on the customer’s expectation to have the order on time. Please process your orders appropriately.

This has been a test (maybe) of the new policies to be enforced in the coming month (days … hours … who knows). Please stand by while we hand out new copy paste instructions to Seller Support Representatives.

Finally, the sales dashboard is back up.


Spoke too soon. It was up and now it’s down again. At least I got a glimpse of my sales. This outage apparently is not affecting sales.

App has been glitchy for a few hours. Not sure if others here are seeing the same.

It has gotten a little better the last 30 mins or so.

We have seen it for several hours. Advertising seemed to go first and then spread on a hit and miss pattern.
